True but it would be nice if there was an actual point to bag checks. 99% of the time they barely glance before telling you to move on.
When I bring my 3 year old out to Starplex for concerts they don't even make me open the diaper bag. I just get waived on through.

This can't be true. Just this morning BBC news told me that the Muslims were a peaceful religion and that all the refugees should be let into Europe immediately. They said, the problem was white racism and colonialism. I don't see any reason why a prestigious network, dedicated to the truth, would lie. I'm very confused.

I think something like Altamont was bound to happen sooner rather than later. Things were just bubbling leading up to it. The Dead, and others, had used the Hell's Angels for security a few times before without incident. The Altamont show was a free show and no one was prepared for the huge crowd that turned up.
If you're interested in it, the Good Ol' Grateful Deadcast goes in depth on it in the series where they covered Workingman's. It is in the New Speedway Boogie episode. They go into what Hunter may have been thinking when he wrote it. Good stuff.

At least we know the terrorists won't hit a country concert. They saw how swiftly a mass killing of largely white and conservatives at a country concert drops out of the news cycle. Wouldn't give their cause much exposure.
