Crappy evening...Uncle has 2-3 days, Mom diagnosed w/Parkinson's

Bad news from Baton Rouge this evening. My Mom called and said my 87 year old uncle has probably 2-3 days to live....cancer of the esophagus. My Mom also found out yesterday that she has a mild form of Parkinson's. Hand tremors. Mild or not...it's Mom. Controllable with meds but she's not young (81). Sucky evening.

My mom has had tremors for years. She will be fine. They don't hurt

Man that's tough, my wife was diagnosed at 32 with Parkinson's.

Thank you. I'm very much like her. We're both very optimistic people. She's probably the strongest person I know. Always upbeat even during the tough times. She's awesome!
