Hiring her was a huge mistake. Even sitting aside what many call her being “woke”, it’s obvious she knows nothing about Cracker Barrel or their core customer base. She might do well heading up something Lululemon or Starbucks, perhaps something like Ulta. But she’s a bad fit for Cracker Barrel.

I haven't been since walking out on trying to get a meal and giving up after an hour of waiting and them twice saying they lost the order. Their food had really started to go downhill and B's and C's on their govt scores was normal. No thanks.
