Su-um fishy.
Lots of fishy... millionaire father/no money, mom can't pass drug test but heroine addict father can, and the OP seems to not have a clue about what's going on either.

Yeah I'm not following. She is your wife and you don't know how much child support he was paying? If he is a millionaire it would be A LOT. Do you actually speak to your wife about happening in your daily lives? Also, if he has never failed a test, being a heroin junkie is irrelevant. In the courts eyes he is a non-user. All this said, his mom should stay in constant contact with her son and if he wants her to get clean, get clean. Show him that he is more important and in 2 years, he will come back to her. Boys love their mommas. If she is trying he isn't going to abandon her. Let him get all the benefits that his fathers money can buy and make something of himself. He gets rich and has a good relationship with both parents. Cycle is broken.

I'll give the troll credit. He did get a good amount of people to bite the hook.

OP is either trolling or just horrible at parenting.
Cant afford a lawyer when all this time the kid should have been getting child support from a millionaire? Mother fails drug test? If father passed then maybe he hasn't don't drugs in years and is actually a good person now.
Custody should be with the father. OT Case Closed.

It reeked of bullshite from the beginning. I don't think many actually bit the hook. If you are entertaining yourself during free time by making a troll jump through hoops then who's the real troll?

His child support checks were sporadic, and she has always been afraid to fight him, since he has the $ to afford top attorneys. This circumstance is a prime example.

I don't know why you keep saying that he passed his test. He passed a piss test, that's it. He has not passed the hair test yet, because the results aren't done yet. During my stepson's last visit to Austin, his dad abandoned him at a restaurant mid-meal because someone called him and told him he had some good stuff. Left his son and told him he'd be right back and never came back. The dad got all fricked up and my stepson had to take an emergency flight home the next day. That's why I'm thinking he'll fail the hair test.

You know nothing. The sooner you accept this the better off you and Honey Boo Boo will be.

Anymore cool stories bro?

How do you know he got a call about some "good stuff"?

Because the kid told us. He said his secret code for getting drugs was "going to piano lessons"

1) Did the OP admit that he's the one taking the test yet?
2) Has someone pointed out that, yes, his stepfather has a right to know and take away his truck and throw away the trucknuts/peel off the Yeti and Salt Life stickers?

I'm certainly not broke, and as stated prior, I've never touched a drug in my life. I don't smoke and don't drink, either.
Then how can you stand to be around a pothead?

I really had piano lessons dude, and stop trying to come between me and my kid. He will enjoy it out here.
