In their defense they can’t watch the kid 24 hours a day. If he’s hell bent on doing coke how can they stop him?

judge should be given 30 years in jail unless he can show clear letter law that says he had to not put then in jail for criminal neglect. those parents have a proven history of an inability to keep the child safe and care for it
