Gary and an individual named Steven Johnson (I think that's the name I saw earlier while on La Sec of State... or some similar name).

They're not in good standing and have not filed since 4/2016.

ETA: Tiger Prawn for the win.

Did you she ever explain why she filed the suit?

Her filing suit was actually completely logical from an executor standpoint. She's in charge of the estate and the funds in that estate were removed. I can't really blame her for that.

which proves she believe what she did wasnt worng or unethical. Which is exactly why she should be removed from her position and that organization should receive this new tax money. .

Some of the biggest lolz I can even imagine is thinking about how much Gravy hates Tigerdroppings.

The OT will never stop shredding him. He'll think he's turned some corner and will say something and this board will be there in seconds to tear him apart.

It's so great.

No, it's one of the few things that she's done where there's a legitimate argument that she's acting in the best interest of the beneficiaries. She has no business being the executrix, but her suit is very logical.

Not a very impressive house for someone who has been in charge of "multiple multi-million dollar" businesses

No? no? Im not talking about if that was the best route for the executrix. Her acting as the executrix, acting in the best interest of the trust, proves she believed her being the executrix was ethical.

Are you going to say no and repeat yourself just as i had to repeat myself?

A. She shouldn't have been the executor in the first place.

B. She only refused the money because of the backlash.

C. She's only removing herself as executor because just saying she wasn't going to take the money didn't make her problem go away.

Do you think she, the EBR Parish C.O.A.,ms Jacson board member and Atty. and the entire elected NBR mob should be fully investigated ?

I don't know how she couldn't realize what she was doing was wrong and unethical. She filed suit because relatives withdrew the money from the bank account. How would she be able to collect her $500/month payment to oversee the trust if the relatives emptied the bank account?

IIRC that is a pretty cheap fee that's paid once a year, it's been awhile but I think it's under 100.00
