UPDATE: EBR Council on Aging Director Tasha Clark Amar has remove herself as the manager of a deceased client's estate. Trudy Bihm has refused to take over in Clark Amar's place. Dorothy Jackson has removed herself as an attorney for the case.

I would agree if she had left herself in the will. But she's out of it now, no harm no foil.

All of them saw the writing on the wall with this.

Big, bloated, and obese (and likely smelly) Tasha Clark-Amar thought that her leverage with her mother as a judge and being in the machine would shut up Tracie and Dan, and it backfired.

How frickin' stupid do you have to be to have a will drafted naming yourself as executor of a 95 year-old woman's estate having known her for only two years, and thinking that this would not raise red flags?

The board should have a meeting and can her dumb arse.

That's because she got caught.

But, Gravy says people only care because COA has money now and white people want to control the money.

As a white person, I can confirm that many of us are trying to control the money.

The board is entirely black. There is no oversight. On the board is denise marcelle who has already given a full throated defense of the crook. She ain't going anywhere.

Most of the people who speak against leaders can barely run bath water, much less a business or organization.
Try running an organization or company. None of us are perfect, but understand the spotlight of leadership isn't as simple as most people think it is. I've been in business for nearly 5 years. Previously I've ran multiple multimillion dollar operations. It is a task. Before I could run my own company I had to learn how to govern someone else's affairs.
If you've never had to decide more than what's for lunch, sometimes you have no clue how hard it truly is to be in leadership in today's digital society. Where everything you do wrong can go viral.

ETA: since some people aren't getting it... I copied this response from Fat Gary's FB page.

I know, right. I don't give a shite about the COA, but I do care about a crooked arse person trying to steal from a family and a 95 year old woman. They can run the COA into the ground for all I care.

Dorthy Jackson... the attorney who wrote and notarized the will is on the fricking board.

Nothing is going to come of this. It's business as usual.

I believe the metro council can stop their budget increase. They should not give them a dime until they clean house over there. How about a re-vote?

No way that shite would pass now.
