Is it not the state of LA that grants these charters ? How about calling for stepped up investigations by the state board of ethics, the state atty. general etc. ?

Despite all of the shenanigans with the COA, I'm of the opinion that Plummer's heirs that were left out were likely shady AF. It is likely that Plummer wanted to money and assets to go to her grandkids, but they'll never see it.

That is the most frustrating part of this ordeal - had Clark-Amar and Jackson handled this appropriately and named someone without a COI as the trustee, Ms. Plummer's wishes would have been handled properly. Now it is a complete disaster.
