Could you defend your home from looters

By fashioning some type of defense from only the 3 essentials, bottled water, hand sanitizer and toilet paper? Could you possibly fortify your home or develop a crude melee weapon to hold off say 4 level 5 meth heads? In addition you are allowed a lighter and one item of your choosing currently in your bathroom. The meth heads are armed with a couple of crow bars and their witts.

I have two firearms in my bathroom, technically. But, no, you can't stop a horde, realistically. At some point, superior numbers overwhelm defenses and firepower.

Easily. Knock each one out with a bottle of water. Use their crowbars to break their legs. Cover them in hand sanitizer and light them aflame with the lighter.
