Superman gets his power from the Sun. Goku can travel across galaxies instantly simply by putting two fingers to his forehead.

There's also the vegito fusion which is both "permanent" and canon. Gogeta isn't canon.

Like the Goku vs superman vid said Goku would probably refuse to use kryptonite. He wouldn't consider it an honorable victory.

The real point is that the Dragon Ball Z writers aren't going to win vs Marvel writers.
