Honestly, he’d have a helluva lot more advocates if he had a better cleanup plan.
I don't think people realize that New Orleans public works is going out tomorrow to dismantle structures and fish homemade rafts out the bayou that attendees built and left out there for someone else to cleanup.

So many hipsters. I don’t care what they do with that deal

he’d consider taking the annual event outside of New Orleans to Jefferson Parish

The City is doing there typical extortion game every time they think they can squeeze a dollar from someone
what leverage does zeller have though?
any other outfit could start a festival at the bayou and have the same success

Citizens clean out the storm drains in exchange for having the city clean up their rafts. Seems fair to me.

LaToya had to make up for turning the speed cameras off.

Why would you want to float around in water where people sink their cars for insurance fraud? I remember a few years ago someone drove into the bayou and drowned and they pulled out like 20 cars looking for the one that went in.
Left Parlay’s and drove into the bayou. Probably wasn’t the first time that happened

If anyone can get them to move to Jefferson Parish, it’s Chris Roberts! Oh, wait...

They have outgrown the location IMO, the neighborhood is no longer an advocate for the festival, they want it gone

if you really want to get Orleans parishes attention.....just say the words Bunkie, La...and their hydro electrical metamorphosis of H20...

Move it to Bayou Segnette, let the alligators attend, too.

City gov needs to slow their roll. Always trying to monetize and capitalize on New Orleans' culture.
If you don't like the fest or think it looks dirty, then don't go. But plenty of people enjoy the experience. You're kidding yourself if you think Jazz Fest or Mardi Gras is a "clean" experience

They could always see about moving to City Park or Lafreniere Park. Plenty of festival space and could keep the water feature.

Maybe the guy should concentrate on getting 4-5 good bands instead of 50+ boring local acts people could go see any time they wanted.

It's good to see Bill Murray enjoying retirement.

Much rather the Greek Fest this weekend further up the Bayou. Food is better
