Most generic brands are made in factories that make the name brands. Most often, they are 99% identical. I used to have a factory in China make compression shirts and they had been an Under Armor factory a few years prior. They used the exact same material, cut, and stitching for their template that UA designed and gave them to produce.

Kirkland's Protein Bars are really good.
They are supposed to be very similar to Quest Bars and their nutritional profile is similar but I thought they tasted horrible and I'm not that picky. I may have to try them again as their price is great compared to Quest Bars.

Costco made products by D Tide
Had a buddy that worked at a plant that made diapers
If someone asked him what he did for a living, did he say "I work in a diaper plant" or just "plant"?

Costco customer service is top-notch and that's why I like doing business with them. I'm solo and don't buy a lot in bulk, but I know if I'm ever dissatisfied, I can get my money back. Everyone is welcoming, courteous and helpful. I've had phone and glasses issues before with products I didn't even purchase there, and have gone to their respective store specialists and had my issues fixed.

supposedly (from good source) Costco's quality specs on a lot of goods are higher than they are for the primary labels.
Their olive oil is one of the best and definitely for the price.

My son, is 6 years old and we asked a guy at Costco back in early 2010 what brand was Kirkland for diapers.
He said Huggies.
Yep. Like I said earlier, they don't manufacture, they just get their label on name brand products and see it significantly cheaper.
If you see a Sams/Costco product that looks like a name brand, but cheaper, it is. Comes down the same line.

truly terrible, at least their cheap canned beer in the giant gray case. we bought one for a guys' beach trip and had some left over. Either someone was converting saltwater to beer or it was incredibly shitty, because we NEVER bring back alcohol from these trips.
Their little bottle sampler is decent--at least the IPA was once. I haven't bought it in years.
