Any of y'all scheduled to have PTO for the rest of the year when Thanksgiving comes around?

To be fair since March we have been shorthanded on 8 projects. It's finally starting to slow down minus this last minute project were trying to knock out.

I'm the boss.

My PTO is whatever I say it is.

So, specific to your question, no.

I'm almost certain your vacation ideology is, "I don't like vacations", but now you're bragging about having a month off. I'm not sure I understand. I thought work was a vacation if you enjoyed it.

I don't look at it as vacation. I look at it as the EoTY for me.

Due to several projects I was involved in this year, I was only able to take 2 PTO days prior to September. I’m also transitioning to a new team so didn’t take a lot of days this month.

So I have a crap load to take before the the EOY. It sort of feels like I have the rest of the year off with Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Christmas and all the days I have scattered though the next two months.
