Told y’all to Hide an Watch what happens to this thing back in January and got down voted off the thread.........what says y’all now. Knew it was already here and we weren’t testing to know. Now look. We finally got tests to all the states and BAM. It miraculously shows up in almost every state the exact first 2 weeks we start testing. Don’t be a sheep.

In November of last year I tested positive for an unknown coronavirus after a bronchial Lavash.
My gf had a similar situation in February of last year.
She was hospitalized for a week, I was out in a day.
I coughed up bloody phlegm for a few days, she did not. I had a 103 fever for a few days, she was barely at 100.
Eta: found thread

It would be nice if there could be a test to see who has already had the virus unknowingly. This has clearly been here longer than most people realize and it may put people at ease to see how many mild or undetected cases there already have been.
A couple of the Asian companies have developed antibody tests that can do this already. I don’t think it’s in widespread production yet.
It’s not a hard test to develop, we just need to get off of our asses over here.

About a month ago I had a nasty dry cough and ran a fever of about 100 for 4 days. Once it all started coming up it was bloody

By looking at the genetics of the virus they can determine almost the exact date the virus started. They are 99.99999% certain this started in China a few months ago.

I’ve bled before. Just got chills.

I wouldn’t expect that to happen anytime soon. The admin is wanting to keep numbers down. This test would just add to the number of people that were infected.

So this virus was here, that has killed people and was undetected until the Chinese solved the riddle
, got it. We were fine with the dying for months prior to the Chinese helping out with diagnosis.
I am not saying I agree with all the paranoia, but all these bullshite theories are stupid.
It is a novel virus, it spreads rapidly, use your sense.

Washing hands doesn't work when it is being transmitted through the airs.

It’s the wrong approach. You need to show that a lot of people have it and it’s not that deadly. That’s how you calm people down.

And low teens for people over 50 is a pretty big deal (if that were to happen).

My favorite part is how it is claimed to have hit the radar in China in lab Feb.
Might be when he became aware of it but reality isn’t determined by ones perspective.
China formally reported it in Dec 1st, and this thread has been a very active thing since around mid January.

If it’s a novel virus that spreads rapidly then it’s nonsensical to think that it took more than a month to make it over to the US.

Why dont we just cancel old people for a month since they're the only people at any sort of risk instead of ruining shite for everyone?

Stop being such a dramatic pussy.
Anyways, our government is largely comprised of old people. What do you do about that?
Donald Trump - 73 years young
Joe Biden - 77
Bernie - 78
Mitch Mcconnell - 78
Nancy Pelosi - 79
Chuck Schumer - 69
RGB - 86
Clarence Thomas - 71
Breyer - 81
Alito - 69
Roberts -65
Sotomayor -65

Quarantine them and let everyone else that isnt gonna fall over due to a cold go on about their lives

You're a special one, aren't you?
You're taking the same approach as early vapers. "Oh it has no affects on me." Puff, puff, puff. Studies come out years later about serious lung damage. "Oh, why didn't they tell me it was harmful?"
fricking idiots. Catching it means there could be long term consequences to your health including a compromised immune system.
Keep on babbling about your "cold".

More states need to follow this pattern. Start preparing now so you're equipped to handle what's coming.
quote:
Columbus is building a coronavirus triage center at the Ohio state fairgrounds. The major cities in Ohio now have drive through coronavirus testing. The Cleveland Clinic will soon have an expedited test available. Ohio State was one of the first major universities to cancel classes. The governor of Ohio issued an order prohibiting mass gatherings, including all indoor sporting events.
Ohio of all places appears to be relatively proactive so far and its actions underscore the need for state and local governments to take the lead on this. Relying on the feds is clearly a waste of precious time.
