If that was the case, then this never goes to the police. Sometimes you can go through something, only to later realize that what happened was not okay. Victims do not always recognize that they are victims immediately in the moment.
Sincerely hope you're trolling, but you've got a long history of being stupid.

At some point during the second threesome, the guy from the first threesome who she liked the most and had the easiest case for having consent, woke up and asked to turn it into a foursome
She said, to this guy, who she had sex with just earlier, “hell no” because she knew that meant anal and she didn’t want anal
And you know what happened?
This guy
who already had consent for the first threesome
respected that she revoked her consent, and did not join in and make it a foursome
He later joined in the third threesome but not a foursome she explicitly verbalized not being interested in
That means even when she revoked consent mid-orgy he respected the consent revocation
Like
You’re not going to make a case he broke the laws
The pushy guy she rejected when he tried making out with her? He left without having sex with her
In terms of autistically following the laws these guys did at a technical level follow the laws over and over
Is it possible that the third threesome of the night, the details of which she can’t remember, that they broke from this pattern they followed all night of respecting her consent to add guy number 4 into the mix? Anything is possible
Can’t be proven because she can’t remember
Not unconscious, not “I didn’t consent”, literally she does not remember because of the drugs she chose to do
So in the absence of her memory, do we believe they followed the pattern they’d followed all night, even the guy who had consent then had it revoked, even when the pushiest and most boarish guy in the group respected when she rejected him
Or do we believe they suddenly and randomly broke from their pattern of behavior, with no evidence

Taking advantage of a drunk girl is 100% rape and very illegal.
Correct. But as lionward already posted, that’s not what happened here. By her own admission and police report.

This is a good question. Why did she go to the police? One immediately should assume it's because she felt she had been victimized. Anybody who cares about justice should have a focus on whether or not it was true. Because as we all know, people go to the cops and say stuff, true and untrue, for various reasons.

I don't judge women's values based off of who they do/don't have sex with.

Me defending a woman has zero to do with wanting to sleep with them.

If they were all under the influence of drugs, wouldn't they all be guilty, including the woman?
There has to be some level of good judgment on all parties. If one or more had contracted a deadly STD and died, what is her level of guilt. Should she be locked up for life?
Your opening statement caused me to assume you had already cast your vote on the guilt of the men naming it as rape and hinted they should be executed. Those are strong words coming from your keyboard.
You sir or madam, should not serve on a jury.

She's being judged for being a piece of shite that made false rape accusations after telling her friend and then getting embarrassed for her sexual activities. So to remove her responsibility she claimed rape.

I am withholding judgment and trying to separate morality from legality.
As far as I read, the victim doesn't even know wveryhing that happened so theres just no way I can know enough to form a strong opinion one way or the other.
Legality aside, even if no charges are ever brought, if they raped that girl and ANYONE did ANYTHING to her that she expressed she didn't want, I hop they rot in hell.
If she was incapacitated and unable to consent, even though it might not be illegal, that's a little different.
If she was under the influence and just wanted (or allowed herself) to be gang banged then regretted it, thats different too.
I don't feel like I need to have opinion beyond realizing how fricked up of a situation this is for all of those kids and regardless of rape or not, one kid in that house or on that text, just one should have had more influence to bring it to an end before it went as far as it did.

So in the absence of her memory,
I think this is the part that is being overlooked and/or misunderstood. If someone is so fricked up that they have no memory the next day. That isn't consent. Proper consent requires the ability to be cognizant of your actions.
If you have to wait until someone is super fricked up in order to have sex with you, that is not consent, and is not okay.

But the guys were drunk too. How'd they consent?

At least one of the guys was drunk/high too based on messages exchanges after. So where is the charge or outcry on her for being a rapist?

Go read the NY law.
quote:
Voluntary Intoxication Exclusion: According to prosecutors and legal experts, if a person chooses to drink alcohol or take drugs of their own accord, that voluntary consumption does not count as mental incapacitation under the current statute.
Morality and legality here are getting blurred in alot of places.
What those assholes did was fricked up, really fricked up, no other way to explain it. I just don't know if it was rape or not and I don't think the girl knows either. No clue if any of the boys do or not.

literally no one in this thread is overlooking that and everyone understands it perfectly. do you think you have some sort of next level understanding of these very basic concepts?
Posted on 10/1/26 at 10:05 am to SaintsForever83
I believe we've already established as a matter of general standard that just because a rape didn't happen doesn't mean there isn't a rape culture and that men aren't rapists.

On the legality, yes. Reading is hard, comprehension is harder. Trolling is easy.
