Taking advantage of a drunk girl is 100% rape and very illegal.

Sure, but the more that comes out the closer we are to confirming that isn't what happened here.

Did you miss the report where she confirmed that they complied with all of her boundaries numerous times throughout the encounter?

She consented to multiple threesomes and encounters, with different guys

her own words confirm this

Girl gets drunk and high and consents to sex with multiple guys. Sounds like Madison Brooks. I wonder how many posters defending these guys think Madison was murdered.

Actually, quite literally everything in them and what she told the police contained Zero crimes

Fair, but I think these things should actually be taken seriously and go to trial. Too many times, that doesn't even happen.

so every accusation should be taken seriously and go to trial?

Pretty evident it was her friends and later embarrassment that got her. Tale as old as time. Women are easily manipulated especially by other women.

Its like morons just read the first headline that comes out and don't have the ability to actually read or look at anything after that.

So, do you think she went to the police to file a report that she had consensual sex?

I thought of that the other day. At some point people will stop jumping to conclusions based on one sides biased version of the story.

As I said last night......

quote:

My guess is she told a friend and they said she was raped because she looked like a whoreafter her friend judged her

Problem for her is the story she told the cops showed no assault but she’s keeping it up to hopefully get paid

So much this. Someone in wife's Facebook posted about how parents need to talk with their kids about shite like this. And all the Karens got pissy. Basically saying teach boys to be better. Which absolutely needs to happen. But in my house we do both.

I know my wife talked to our daughter about decision making and dangerous/suspect environments. I had a more blunt talk about how she is her first line of defense. Not her friends, not some guy she knows. But her! Don't put yourself in bad situations. Don't go looking for trouble, either. Yes, trouble can always find you but don't make it easy.

And the same rules apply to the boy.

Also, I told him don't be the guy with flowers.

If that was the case, then this never goes to the police. Sometimes you can go through something, only to later realize that what happened was not okay. Victims do not always recognize that they are victims immediately in the moment.

Why? I don't get defaulting to this. Teach this whore to be better.

Are you stuck in time a week ago, purposefully ignoring all of the information explaining why she went report it, or willfully ignorant?

No she went to the police because after she told her friend she was embarrassed. So she then decided she was raped to cover for being a whore. The police saw it for what it was and didn't press charges.

It is basic reading comprehension and common sense when you read the texts and timeline coming out.

She was embarrassed and she is stupid.

She told the police what happened. Literally zero crimes were included in her statement to police

Two years later she drastically changed her story for her civil case
