I could be wrong but I seem to remember that a while back people narrowed it down to possibly being Harvey Bernhard who was producer on The Goonies and The Lost Boys. I don't think it was somebody that was as well known to people outside the industry. He has said for years he would reveal the person though and never has so not sure if it would make sense that he'd be scared to name guy who died 6 years ago and essentially stopped producing in the early 90s.
