I'm suprised the old baw didn't shot him when his taser malfunctioned. Then he lies to I suppose his supervisor about the incident.

What wasn’t shown that warranted being tased? He wasn’t under arrest, he had been searched for weapons, he had his arms out and he had identified himself.
