Reading is hard huh? I don't know what happened. All I know is the story in the OP looks to be missing some key details. Again, it is not my job to discredit this story in the absence of details.

You and pride are trying to get me to commit to specific instances, and IO'm not going to d it. We all know what you're trying to do.
We are pointing out that the girl did not have a weapon and was not threatening anyone

That is in the report. As she was not charged with either

We are saying short of that, we dont see how this could be justified

We are asking you what possibly else could there be?

Does the report say how annoying the 11 year old was? Kids can be pretty fricking annoying.

When’s your bday? I’ll send you a taser.

But only if your kids are over 7 and in Cincinnati.

And again, you're just trying to get me in a gotcha. Not gonna happen. I'm not going to pretend to be able to imagine every scenario possible that it would be justified. I will instead just wait to see if anything comes out saying this wasn't. It's not my job to discredit the cop.

A crime is a crime at any age. At 11 they should know right from wrong when it comes to stealing. I am not saying the using a taser is the best way to detain the criminal but I am not upset by the fact the officer prevented the criminal escaping.

I'm sure if your kid was 7 or 8 years old or your sister's or friend's or whoever, stole something, was tasered and hit their head on the ground violently and were fricked up for life, you'd have no issue with the way it was handled at all, right?

You're wasting your time... He is going to say he is doing the right thing by waiting for more time to get more facts that justify the officer's actions, even though he cant come up with any realistic scenario where he thinks it is justified.

I would hope that IF they were stealing they are not dumb enough to attempt to run away. I know personally at that age if a police officer came up and questioned me about stealing I would of been so scared I would of froze (and probably pissed my pants). The last thing I would of even thought was run.

I presented one for him. If the kid was being annoying as shite, tasing justified.

Or if she said “skyline chili is delicious.”

Dude you said no matter what age committing a crime you are ok with a cop using a taser

So kids rolling a house or playing "ding dong ditch" at 10 years old deserve 1,200 volts when running from the cops correct?

Yep. From a conversational setting, going by the actual charges listed by the cop there isnt a realistic outcome that would justify this

Us people are just aware that these stories are RARELY what they seem.

Us people don't side with the cops when they are wrong.

Us people just understand that 99% of these instances have been proven to be completely misconstrued by the media.

Us people know that after the media narrative is proven 100% false, the media will make the smallest possible correction, yet the general populace will never know.

Us people know that people like you, are either:

a) stupid
b) ignorant
c) eat a bag of dicks liberal.
d) all of the above.

Going back to your original question. No I would not like if something long term happened to a loved one because of them being tased. That is a really big jump though to assume some permanent disability would happen.
