There are cop cars there almost every weekday during the afternoon. They are also at Almonaster & Reed, but are gone by time the shooting starts.

No. They caught the two guys who lit up that Uber with the multi felon in it. Not the one who is shooting up random cars.
Unless they hang the three years of random shootings on those dudes to try and make this go away.

There's no rhyme nor reason to the time of the shootings. They have happened at all hours.
