Cop assaults and arrests CVS employee for sitting on a bench

The store had closed just seven minutes earlier and the employee sat on the bench outside the store waiting for his Lyft to arrive. This cop needs to be put behind bars. He is an unstable vile. This guy won't have to work for CVS anymore after the lawsuit.

He will get an out of court settlement for 20-30K. He wasn’t shot or gazed so it’s a wrongful arrest. Cop is an a-hole and should be fired. The show me your ID or your going to jail doesn’t fly unless you have probable cause that a crime has been committed.
