A lot of places that Scruffy goes to used to have two for one specials during happy hour but they all seemed to have canceled those because clientele was getting out of control.

Management should care.....unless they enjoy hiring and training new servers constantly due to high turnover from all the good servers leaving to go work somewhere that customers tip better

Simple solution (without all the FB faux outrage). It's clear DJ Matt has a following, so simply post up somewhere near and advertise on social media where his new DJ night is and the people will follow.
