That car is not worth 1 million. Base price is around $250K new. Also Italian cars are made to burn. Lambo's and Ferrari's go up in flames all of the time.

Saw the owners wife confirmed it burned on FB from the BR Cars and Coffee page (there was speculation that it was not the same car). They're assuming it was foul play related to the New Orleans monument ordeal, but given its an Italian exotic, it could have just as easily been an electrical fire.

Actually he isn't. I grew up around him. He got a loan after Katrina and bought a bunch of landscaping equipment and went and kept up New Orleans when noone else would go down there. He has done very well for himself since.
The monument removal is shaping up to be a violent shitshow of the highest order. Can't say I oppose it. PC is a bully culture and maybe it understands only one thing.
