The fuzziness of that pic is carrying a lot of water, as are the sunglasses. Even when she cakes on the makeup, she’s just not particularly attractive, though I’ll give her credit for keeping a reasonably fit body. But her face?
She wouldn’t get a second look in Walmart, and I intentionally bypassed all of the “bad” pictures of her to try to find a clear one that cast her in the best light possible.
