That's not what happened. The SC refused to stay an injunction as the case works itself through lower courts. You can read the opinion here.

As usual, this trash article excuses their behavior away as if they "just don't know any better." Stop giving them the benefit of the doubt. They're proven they don't deserve it.
Even the title is wishy-washy and irritates me. "Maybe don't possibly suggest doing communist things please sir" instead of "gets called communist, does communist things."
