Not give up federal funding for a Brave program because you get caught giving money to your friends
Not hire someone who will do your bidding instead of someone who is more qualified & actually cares about the community
Provide more funding to increase hires / training
Provide more funding to put more cars on the road in higher crime areas

You must be kidding, right? Did Guliani's tenure as mayor have an effect on NYC's murder rate? Did DeBlasio's? The mayor has the ability see that the city is policed to achieve law and order (or not).
