Outdoor dining with restrictions(can pick up food and then sit at outdoor tables)
Curbside retail, including malls
Facemask for workers interacting with public
Urging all Louisiana citizens to wear mask in public.
So the customer doesn't have to wear one? It's just encouraged??

He just said that New Orleans was on the decline and its the other areas that still have increasing case counts.
New Orleans listened, flattened and now has a declining curve. The rest of the state is fricking this up for us.

Sounds like he is telling businesses to require it.
Which would require me to look elsewhere to spend my money

Across Louisiana, cases of COVID-19 are either increasing, plateauing or decreasing over the last 2 weeks. Take a look at this picture from @LouisianaGov to see for where you live. @WAFB

Well from Jeff Davis to Lafayette we had 2 fricking cases today. A whopping fricking increase on your map.

They must have different #s from Region 4 than what is reported on the local news every night.

“Cases increasing” because more tests were done. Who can actually be that dumb to not understand that? It is impossible to have any other result.

NOLA statistically has a declining curve now because the virus already ran its course through the city, not because the city listened.
The reason it's increasing in those highlighted regions is because they are actually testing there now. So of course you will see an increase in cases if you increase testing. If they had been testing in those regions from the beginning like they were in NOLA, you would also be seeing a decline in new cases.
You are right, the data doesn't lie. While the number of new cases are increasing in those regions, the number of positive cases per test have decreased.

This is the interesting chart that @LouisianaGov and @LADeptHealth are pointing towards, as to why they can NOT open up the state of Louisiana fully yet, to phase 1 of White House plan. @WAFB

So you're saying that the data is being made up? Why? Liberal conspiracy?

JBE logic:
We need to continue to overreact so that people don’t catch on to the fact that we originally overreacted.
What a well thought out plan.
