Dullards love using these filler words/phrases at the beginning of sentences:

If these words/phrases would suddenly disappear, we suddenly have more efficient sentences.

Deep dive.

Whenever you hear someone say this especially at work, it means they are going to do the opposite of what that phrase means. Jen Psaki loves this word. I rest my case.
