When someone is sleeping with a married woman everyone's immediate reaction is "you're going to get shot".
I've known a lot of people that had extramarital affairs and I've never known anyone that got shot.
99% of married women have the new guy lined up prior to filing for divorce, so obviously she was cheating with the new guy prior to filing for divorce.
I've never known an ex husband that shot the new guy.

And no I have never cheated with a married woman, nor do I condone such behavior.

That TD is worth a ton of money.

They aren’t thinking “you’re going to get shot”…

They’re thinking “you deserve to be shot”

Tell your friends to stop participating in extramarital affairs. That’s fricked up

Why give him a clean death when he's getting a life sentence?

I am referring to coworkers etc.
Usually when people file for divorce it is because they are leaving for someone else.
Yet I have never known anyone that got shot

Naive people think that extra marital affairs are rare.
Half of marriages in in divorce, and 99 percent of those ended because someone was leaving for another person.
And it's not as if affairs in marriages that never end are uncommon.

I can't say I knew the guy, but know of him that pulled the trigger on Jody that was banging his wife. Jody didn't die, but shooter went to jail and may still be there. Funny thing was Jody was warned several times that shooter wouldn't hesitate if he caught someone with his old lady. And, after seeing her picture still makes me wonder why someone would take a bullet for that.

Anything somewhat uncommon the media sensationalizes when it does happen convinced people that it's way more common than it is.

Prison rape is probably a good example. It definitely is a thing that occasionally happens but the average person has been convinced that it's just a fact of life in prison when in reality it's not particularly common, especially in this day and age.

Everyone is downvoting the OP, yet not a single one of them know anyone that got shot for sleeping with a married woman.

It is a myth that you can judge probabilities based on a limited sample size and your own narrow life experience.

Check out the news. Jealousy and related anger are some of the most common motives for murder and attempting murder.

More women are cheating than you baws will ever believe, the more fricked up part, it is a small percentage of guys that are banging multiple women. I don't know how a MARRIED guy at work hasn't been murdered by his wife or one of the husbands.

Me neither, but I once worked with a guy who did such a shooting (I honestly can't recall if he shot his woman, the dude, or both, but I believe he killed someone). He was sentenced to Angola and ended up being one of the cook trustees that cooked at the State Police Cafeteria and eventually the Governor's Mansion, before he was released on parole.

Guy I worked for got called into do a favor to hire him thereafter. He was a nice easy going guy, but he really wasn't cut out to cook in a restaurant setting, so he didn't last too long.

This is true. You pretty much need to look like a bitch or act like a bitch to get raped in prison. Most prisoners neither look or act like a bitch.

It’s not just rape. It’s tossing salad too. Most prisoners are not very interested in tossing salad. Too much work.

I don’t know how common it is, but one of my coworkers was sleeping with this gal and her husband or boyfriend ( don’t remember) was in prison and about to get out. He caught my coworker in his driveway, sitting in his car and shot him dead. Happened right in Zachary.
