With no passengers aboard, this maneuver was actually perfomed back in 1955. Would be absolutely insane were some hot shot pilot to pull this off today --- with passengers aboard no less.

Denzel flew that plane upside down while drunk in that movie so it can be done. That plane crashed though.

Read the story and watch the videos about the baggage handler that stole a Horizon Air plane from SEA-TAC a while back. Dude had never flown a plane before. Not only did he get the plane up in the air but he performed several barrel rolls and a full loopdy loop. The F-15 pilot that was shadowing him said "holy crap, he actually pulled it off".

If he were here today I bet he’d be freaking out that our support for Ukraine might hurt Putin’s feelings

This probably sounded a lot better in your head.

Also this jet is on display at the National Air and Space Museum at Dulles.

I bet it sends the sassy male flight stewardesses into a huff seeing all those trays unlocked and not in their upright position.

Probably have to pound Chardonnay for hours once y’all hit the terminal.
