I recently had to take the Dowman exit for the first time in about 25 years, and I was blown away at the massive amount of litter & filth along the curbs.
There were diapers, fast food bags, clothing, papers, plastics, etc. It was unending. On another up-ramp, leaving Faubourg Brewery, I counted 6 full trash bags spread out along the curbs. I still can't believe it.
