This might be an option. I know they're building one of these off Airline Highway at Antioch Boulevard, next to Rouses.

You're kidding, right?

IF not, I am sure you would have to take the very bad in order to see the goods.

100% serious, it's a thing now. Agree, it would be a toss up wanting /not wanting to see. Although I'd think the ones that would participate here would be talent rich.

It's not just hot yoga.... it's a mixture of things. It's a humbling experience. Tell your ol lady and or you to take the free class to see if she/y'all like it. They aren't priced for ccl and Santa Maria. It's priced as a demand for it keeps going up. There are 2 locations, yogalates 2 south is the one located next to CCL. I'd bet half of the members are from the AP.

They aren't much more expensive than paying a membership to a gym. Most of the folks that go there do that as their main workout and they usually run or do some cardio on the
I don't own the place either. The owner is good people.

They are doing a class at southern craft next week I think on Thursday.

Mrs Fest goes there and I've done some things with them in the past.

$159 and fully air-conditioned. Not sure why everyone thinks it is in a heated room.

Just saying it isn't $120 per month. Crossfit isn't that cheap either. I think Pure Barre is almost $200.

Didn't realize fads could last 10+ years. My roommate was really into it in 2005.
