And Colorado just awarded 10 million, I believe, to local universities to study the positive affects of cannabis. Imagine that. I hope we (CO) keep ahead of the game. Sky is the limit.

How would you describe a head-high compared to a body-high?

you're missing out on a classic "dan" opp here

Head High v. Body High

or, in your mind

Head High v. Kale Protein Shakes

No, it's not all just THC. There are dozens of different compounds called cannabinoids that react with receptors in the brain to cause different effects.

Different strains are bred to create different ratios of these cannabinoids to produce different effects

Gotcha.. Figured it was prob something like that but wasn't for sure.

Colorado has been ahead of the game for awhile. Especially in education.

i doubt LA has many high schools of that advanced quality today

Mississippi is a disgrace. We welcomed casinos to SUPPLEMENT education but now we probably just redirect tax dollars to other areas. So, our schools don't progress.

Those states, counties and municipalities have far fewer employees per population than LA does. We are really a joke when it comes to those living off the state or government.

Layers upon layers of people who do nothing, get health care provided by taxes and have a ridiculous retirement deal.

We are the original socialist state. HUEY!!

Louisiana has several factors working against it:

Corruption/Good ol' boy system
Constitution only allows cuts from health and education
poorly educated minorities

I'm sure we could list others. Basically, you can't fund these schools or attract more, quality teachers.

I could see myself in my older age picking up a pot habit. But doubt I go for the strain called "green crack"

we just have a much higher % of trash that brings a lot of our stuff down. in all honesty, fancies schools are nice, but i graduated from a public high school with over 10 kids with 30+ ACT scores. at teh end of the day, that's still 98th/99th percentiles

I agree, I went to some pretty rat arse schools in my day but as long as you had the basic supplies and "good" teacher, you could learn with the best of them.

I think having to go to school and wear your Saints pullover Starter jacket all day because the heater had been broke for the entire month of January, just adds character to little shits like myself.

Also gave me a solid hiding place to put my discman and run the wires so I could jam UNLV in 3rd period.

I think if people knew how blatantly they've been lied to over the years, by politicians and industry, it would shock them.

Jefferson and Washington grew cannabis.

Mississippi does spend money on its highways and traffic infrastructure and can see that everytime on the way to beaches in Florida.

Even if you build the nice schools how do you think they'll look in ten years? You really need to institute a cultural change. I like some of the things Andre Agassi does with school in Las Vegas. Parents are required to volunteer so many hours per week there. Most of us know that the real problem is at home. Policies like this could help.

Interstates receive federal dollars. Mississippi, on the whole, has some of the worst roads in the country.
