Coat and tie in the office?

Is this still a thing? I remember when my company made the shift to “business casual” about 20 years ago. Good times!

Only when I have to meet with bankers. Most days I’m in atheleisure.

Only go in to the office 5-6 times a year but always with a sports coat. 90% of the people there do not

My company shifted to business casual the week after I was hired in May of 1995. I retired about a year ago and the year leading up to my retirement I just chose to wear nice blue jeans, because I was making a lot of site visits.

Suit and tie almost every day. The only days I don't wear one are the occasional Friday (I have a suit in my closet in case) or holidays or weekends when I go in.

Wear a jacket every day. Funny how much sh— I take from dudes who go to work dressed to play the front 9 at City Park.
