I love receiving blistering emails from employees complaining about a system/computer/cell phone not working properly. Copying all of the bosses, whining/requesting new shite bc they can't get their work done due to the problem.
And then proving to the employee it was user error on their part which created the mess.
It's always a good feeling copying those bosses back explaining to the employee how big of a dipshit they are...

The last account I worked on, yes, all the time. Men and women were passive-aggressive - half joke, half serious, then if you call them on it, "It was a joke. Geesh.. sensitive". Got tired of their crap.
I now work on another account where the people are VERY up front, and I really like that. Yes, we argue sometimes, but it's better than the BS I put up with on the last account.
And by the way, the people that are more up front are from the Northeast (NY, Mass., Delaware, Rhode Island, etc.), and the other account people were from the N.O. area. Edit: not that this is always the case based on where people are from... I understand this.
