CNN attempting to tell me what to do, think, or feel, in any way, shape, or form, is racist.
It does not have to make sense, seem true, or be within the realm of possibility. Once racism has been unsheathed, like a Katana, it is true, no matter what. So, they are racist for their black meme instruction.

look, racism is a very real thing, even in 2023... there are plenty of of actual racist examples... this ain't one of them... this is manufacturing a narrative to try to be the first one to make that connection and argument... this is someone looking to make something out of nothing, and not understanding the horrible repercussion of that is making the population, at large, more desensitized to actual claims/events of racist acts....
