I figure they will come down on him hard this time.I pass the spot on Plank Rd regularly where the guy killed an entire family.He had multiple DWI's as well.

My next door neighbors son had gotten 10-15 DUI refusals in the last 7-8 years in MS. He has totaled 3 cars (1 he owned & 2 girl friends owned). Only 2 convictions and still has a drivers license.

Drunks and DUI offenders are some of the most worthless scum in existence. I can sorta understand one DUI and LEARNING FROM IT if they don't hurt someone.
Beyond that, throw them in jail.
I've always had a hatred for drunks.

Leaving my neighborhood one morning, on my way to work, I see this guy parked in the middle of the road. He is slumped over the wheel and I'm not sure if he's dead or what. I call my wife and tell her to call the police. Later, when she is on her way to work, they are hooking the car up to a tow truck. She told the cop that she had made the call. He informed her that the guy was passed out drunk. 12th DUI !!!
