How do I "do the work myself" when I'm not qualified? I can find all the auctions and sales I want but that doesn't really have anything to do with this car in particular. I've tried doing research but most auctions are behind paywalls so that causes a big roadblock. $385 for a certified appraisal seems like it would be worth it when the spread on values I've found is so wide.

Neat looking old car. If you don't already know this, you're going to be somewhere between 20 and 30 grand on the value, depending on condition, driveability, & originality. Maybe a little more. However, if you're selling, this will somewhat be determined by the market, and right now the classic car market is down.

List it for sale on ebay with a ridiculous reserve and good photos. When the auction ends without the reserve price being met you have ball park figure of what it may sell for.

I have met a guy a handful of times that I believe does local classic car appraisals. I’ll ask a few buddies if they have his contact info,and post his info if so.

I did that already. As I said, using 4 or 5 sites I've come up with a value between $7k and $20k...it's too wide to use those numbers accurately which is why I was looking to get an appraisal.

I found a bronze colored one for sale online. It has about 85,000 miles and they are asking $18,800. It seems to be in decent condition.

Can’t be hemi. Chrysler didn’t make any from 1959-1963. They never offered it in the 383. They first revived the hemi in 64 with the engine most people think of as the classic muscle car hemi, the 426, which they offered through 1971 in only the 426. The modern hemi is the third generation and was revived in 2003.

Well, it has the correct number of doors for a start. My bet is the value is somewhere around $12.5k based on the pics and assuming it runs and drives. Good color combo as well.

i'd have to see if the #s on the block match along with a bunch of other stuff, from pics alone it looks like OP has a very sharp car, i love the instruments clusters on the older mopars

Interior wise they're in excellent shape.
Looking underneath the car, the exhaust pipe is rusty but the rest of the car is in good shape.
The only two things visually wrong with it, is the material behind the back seats where the speakers are has faded to more of a pink color. And the trim that goes around the doors has come apart in two areas, you can see one of the areas on the left side of the picture of the interior.
Mechanically the only thing I KNOW that's wrong with it is the panel lights go on and off, I assume it's just a wire that needs to be replaced or has come loose.
Other than that it's in pretty great shape. I drive it around some and it rides great. If I had the space to keep it in a garage I wouldn't sell it, but it's so long it barely fits in my garage and takes up too much space when it's in there.
edit: I forgot, the radio doesn't work either. I've never looked into what's wrong with it.

Have you checked for what they are selling for on eBay? Not sure if they will have any listed, but that’s what I use every now and then for rare cars.
