Contact Hagerty Insurance. They specialize in classic car insurance. I have one myself. They will hook you up with a local appraiser that is fair.

Unique car (not necessarily desirable, no offense), just looking at the pics, I'd say a #3 car.

Your best bet, given that they don't change hands often, is to scour Hemmings and marque-specific sites and see what the asking price is and go from there.

A well-researched appraisal is gonna run $500 or so and with some homework, you can come up with a value yourself.

I'm guessing around $14-18K. Maybe start at $20K, but honestly, I'm not seeing it.

$60 or $80 bucks gets you access to Keith Martin's American Car Collectors auction results database that includes great descriptions of pretty much everything that has sold at auction recently.

You should be able to get a great idea of where the market is going and where your car slots in among those that have been offered/sold recently.
