Sounds like he's making terroristic threats, seeking to incite a riot, and probably several other state, local, and federal crimes with just the one statement. Plus, a "conspiracy to commit" those crimes only involves 2 or more persons. Conspiracy is 20 years ez.

Like I said. They won't do anything. They're just flexing and talking tough. At the end of the day, if any violence happens, it'll be done by one or few people. There won't be a massive attack.
