Correct. Kip could not get the anchor stores to ask for annexation, just the "Mall Stores", controlled by the mall owner, if you will.
That is why you know see both BRPD and EBRSO Deputies both there working disturbances. It just depends on where the disturbance is...

They could stop funding the brand new, dilapidated library and use that to fund festivals. Or send back that 100K globe that already exists in downtown BR. That would put on a good concert. Let's create a list of funds that BR gov't has wasted. I bet if you could recoup those from 2019 alone you could set up a trust to bankroll festivals for eternity.

I live in SG. I frequently dine at restaurants all over the parish not just in SG. The Mrs. frequently shops in stores she likes no matter where they are in the parish.
We’d be crazy to limit ourselves and not visit our friends at Gino’s, Parrains, Chimes, and the Village Downtown.

I know this is a troll thread, but Live After 5 is put on by the Downtown Business Association. Which is a 501c6 that doesn't receive money from the City-Parish.

What does that have to do with anything? They still all live just as far from all the minorities both in and outside of their new city.
