I recently discovered El Dorado rum. You might give it a try with your cigars if you like Zaya

Are gurhkas decent? I received 5 free for each recent purchase on cigarafecinido

I've never liked the many releases by Gurkha that I've tried, but they seem damn popular and prevalent so could just be me. Different smokes for different folks.

Gurkhas don't really have an identity since I don't think they manufacture any of their stuff. They're just really good at marketing. Some happen to be excellent though. I'm a huge fan of the Cellar Reserved Aged 15 & 18 Years lines and the Seduction.

Smoking a Nica Rustica right now. Love this cigar. Merry Christmas cigar smokers

Picked up the Punch, Torano and Partagas as stocking stuffers for myself because yeah.

I had a good box pressed Punch Saturday. That's a damn fine smoke for the price.

El Dorado 15 is very solid, as is Diplomatico. For some reason, I always come back to Zaya.

I used to get the Punch Champion (that crazy Figurado shape that seemed to produce such a great tone) as one of my go-to's. I need to get some again since its been a while.

True, their marketing is so strong I almost feel wrong for not caring for them.

I hit the jackpot and got my Dad's collection of thousands of cigars and his vault sized humidor that's taken him decades to amass!

Bad news - he can't smoke anymore due to a health issue. Drinking bourbon and smoking a cigar with my Dad was one our favorite past times. I'm not sure if I can even enjoy these...I'm bummed as shite. Getting old sucks, and it was the first incident where I've discovered my old man isn't invincible and I'm devistated.

Mother got me a Partagas Fabuloso and Torano Exodus. I'm familiar with Partagas (not this line) but not Torano.

Sweet wife got me a Romeo y Julieta Reserve in a maduro. (I'm also well familiar with the RyJ brand.) She must've seen how I keep cigars temporarily because she had packed a folded, wet paper towel right on top of the cigar (bless her heart) sealed in a ziplock bag. No telling how long it had been sitting like this, but the paper towel had mold growing on it. The cigar was damp when I opened it, but I've been trying to rehab it (apart from the other two cigars).

What do you make of this haul, RedPop?
