My brother in law fell off the roof today when the ladder slipped out from under him. Luckily wasn't hurt too bad. He went up the ladder while I was looking for something and I wasn't holding it. Landed on his feet then fell back on ladder. Kinda scary.

I make sure to wear latex gloves when stapling the lights up. Shocked too many times by going through a wire.

I went and bought the laser light show for my house and my wife thinks they are way too trashy for our neighborhood.

Haven't had an accident (yet). But I'm about to break a foot off on these a-holes that make the plugs non-polarized females but polarized males. YOU CAN'T PLUG ONE PIECE OF CHEAP CHINESE-MADE CRAP INTO ANOTHER.

SCREW YOU, GARDEN RIDGE, HOME DEPOT, AND LOWE'S. TELL YOUR DAMN BUYERS TO PUT SOME THOUGHT INTO THIS, WOULD YOU!!??

My brother thought it would be funny to plug the vacuum cleaner into the Christmas tree lights. Blew 500 or so lights. Mom was not pleased.

Personally no, but have treated several this week. I fully expect the number to differ in the coming weeks.

All lights can be plugged into each other. Not sure what you're talking about. Polarized extension cord plugs need to have the blades clipped to plug into a light string though.

My dad threw the Christmas tree across the room when I was 9 and told me it was my fault because I made him spill his beer.

Oh, you weren't talking about emotional scars
