They were there for a pro life event. There's nothing to over analyze here, they were discriminated against.

As we hear more, it sounds like they weren’t really kicked out. They were just asked to remove their hats. But that is a violation of their policy, so that is the point of the complaint.

ACLJ really laying it on thick in giving their side of the story
quote:
"One of the security guards approached them, gleefully rubbing his hands together, stating they had made his day," the ACLJ wrote in an online statement.

The lawsuit details an encounter between the personnel and students, some of whom are minors. As they were making their way toward an exhibit, two employees allegedly said, "The f—king pro-life. What a bunch of s—t."

How hard is it to just leave people the frick alone?

Yeah. Looks like the museum apologized.

The kids may have been acting like jackass as most of the groups at the museums do especially when they are older kids. The museum employees were in the wrong regardless and there’s no way they were the only people wearing pro life shite in the building.

For federal government employees in Washington DC? Very fricking hard

Compare the Smithsonian's actions with what was allowed to be worn at the STate of the Union Address. Progressive satanism at hand. Despicable.

The museum apologized. For the church group to take it any further is likely an attention/money grab. A few employees don’t represent the organization. Walk for Life happens ever year and all of the Smithsonian museums are flooded with participants wearing pro life shite.
NOPE!
The political left wrote these rules, now it's time they play by them.
The lawsuit is meant to insure this doesn't happen again, as opposed to the, "we double pinky swear" it won't happen again from the institution.
You mean to tell me that when Mcdonald's gives their employees training after an incident that they still don't pay damages? Hint, They do!

fricking prudes and puritans.
Imagine supporting that kind of nannyism.

You’re right. Apparently it’s much more difficult than it used to be. Everybody is getting offended all the time when they need to just get over it.

Or maybe people are decent and said people just wanted to see some historical stuff.

What are the damages here that warrant a lawsuit?

I've seen this group in a few lawsuit articles recently. I assume this is the ACLU for conservatives? Since the actual ACLU is full of left wing nutjobs.
I wouldn’t say for conservatives in general. This is the charity started by Pat Robertson… They take on pretty specific cases

So Edward Markey is a member of a modern-day death cult that literally promotes human sacrifice as part of their religion.

The abortion fetish of the left is beyond disturbing. Its the most important thing in the lives of dudes who will never touch a woman.
Its a death cult with simpletons leading the charge.

Yes, that’s also true. Now that I have learned that the museum just flat out apologized for being in the wrong, I agree.

And the Smithsonian gets $1.144 billion from the Federal Government in 2023. I hope they win the lawsuit.
They're paid to promote this insanity. Their financing depends on satisfying DEI goals and other non important shite.

I bet the students were being just as big of d*ck heads as the employees
Can you please cite some evidence of this?
