Have you not seen guardians of the galaxy?

When will people learn that twitter reaction is not an actual representation of society. Twitter was made to complain and bitch.

I don't believe you.

I'll grant you Smith, but not Pratt.

Regardless of what we all are and how we can generally disparage one another we can still have respect for each other at least in times of want, hurt and need and it’s one thing I like about this place. Might just be a Southern thing.

If we are to survive as a society we must be able to have civil discourse something that is quickly disappearing.
Well said, Martini.

When did a small percentage of people start to represent society?

Oh, the horror. A Christian praying for a person who's dying... I know if I was dying, I want all the people praying for me as possible. What an awful generation this is. They get all upset over somebody praying

The liberals on twitter would not attack a Muslim asking for prayers.

Then you can't read.

Gunn was defending Pratt.

I can read just fine. What does Kevin Smith having a heart attack have to do with the shooting in parkland?

Anyone who would attack someone for sending prayers is an idiot. Why pay attention to idiots? Why waste so much time complaining that idiots are idiots? Just ignore this stuff. Idiots have always existed. Don't be such a pussy that you can't even ignore an idiot.

Think of how many users TigerDroppings has.

Now think of how many threads on TD have been been thrashed to hell by shite posts. If the OP goes against popular board opinion or says something so mind numbingly stupid people feel a need to shite on it the thread could go on for several hundred posts.

Sometimes there isn't even anything wrong with the post and people are just relentless assholes for whatever reason.

Now think of how many users Twitter has.

I want to read the link but I’m not disabling my ad-blocker. I do that for one reason and one reason only.

Anyone making a response to Pratt’s prayers is not “offended” by religion. They are highly conflicted by religion and most likely believe Pratt is correct in his prayers.

A person who is a true believer of another faith (or true believer in atheism) would have no thoughts about the gesture at all. They would not feel threatened. They would not be speaking out against it. They would just let it go.

If you are a Christian, ask yourself what you do on Jewish holidays in your community? Do you even remember them?
