Given how long it takes for symptoms to show up, how do you know if it wasn't just a "back set" of the virus. The flu can do the same thing. If you rush back to normal life without fully recuperating first, the virus just comes back much worse.

Right. Articles are out there extremely skeptical of a second infection as that would go against almost all that’s known of virology currently. Now if the second infection occurs many years later when immunities wear off that would be a different issue entirely but obviously Fredo isn’t insinuating that.

Literally a tiny number of people in the world have tested positive twice. They also didn’t get that sick, and probably have an immune issue or had an unusual immune response. To act like getting it twice will be common is ridiculous.

I thought when you get a virus and your body produces antibodies to fight it off, it then creates. I think memory cells.. Its been a long time since I took biology, which basically fights off the virus right away if you come into contact with it again?

If you can get this thing twice, how would you develop a vaccine to it? I thought a vaccine was simply a dormant, mild version of a virus that allows your body to adapt to it?
