I was going to say water chilled to about 55 degrees. I am pretty sure I could down a quart without stopping if hot and dehydrated.

As loser 7th and 8th graders, we had chugging contests all the time with random non-adult stuff. The fastest/easiest thing I have ever chugged was a room temperature can of Hawaiian Punch.
