Chivalry and social distancing - elevator protocol

I was just thinking about this this morning as I got onto the elevator at my office. The building has placed 2 red dots on the garage elevator and 4 red dots on the lobby of elevators to signify the amount of people per elevator and where to stand to properly social distance.
What do you as a male do if you get to the elevator and 2 women walk up After you but before the elevator gets there? Normally you would let the ladies get in before you and then get in if there is space. But with the pandemic, that’s not the case. It’s only 2 per elevator. So, do you let them have it and catch the next one? Or so you jump in because you were there first and only 2 people can get in. What if 4 women show up? Do you wait for a 3rd elevator?

I cant count the number of obese people that I have to stop for on low floors that wont get on because there are already 4 people riding and they are too lazy to walk down the stairs.
