I always wanted to open a restaurant in Houma that was designed to change "themes" and re-open every 6 months. People in Houma love to wait in line at the new chain restaurant that opened. Every time I've been there and tried to go somewhere that opened in the recent months, it's packed. Then a year later, it's shutting down. People wouldn't even realize what was happening, I'd just be raking in cash on their sheep mentality.
In any case, only things I've ever eaten from Chipotle very literally came flying out of my body. This is likely a benefit for the health and well being of everyone there.
This is fact.

But hey, Drago’s is coming to the old twin peaks location....still waiting.
Houma will support almost any chain, so somewhat surprised to hear yet another shutter up.

Big Mike's has gone down in the pork department in the past 3 years. Everything else is the same but the pork isn't as good.

Dragos is moving in the twin peaks of the old new Orleans hamburger and seafood company building?
Posted on 7/23/18 at 2:48 pm to Placebeaux
Talk - strictly rumor- is Dragos goes to twin peaks on MLK. We have heard this multiple times .Not sure of what goes into the old New Orleans hamburger place on park .

5 guys is coming to thibodaux because they didn't want to pay the $ to be on MLK.
Twin peaks was always packed with good ol baws for lunch then just closed to doors one day about 4 years ago. I've heard the Drago's rumor but nada so far

I ate there once and thought it was OK at best. Too many other good options around, that's why its closing.

When that lil hole in the wall cajun food place on the old 311 hwy closes, then I will worry. I wish I could remember the name of it. I am having a brain fart. I think it's Heberts or something like that.
