Someone refresh my memory. Was it Chimes East that overhauled their entire drink menu to.. uh.. thin out certain clientele?

If they were attempting to limit certain clientele, it’s been wildly unsuccessful based on my personal observation.

This location is only 4 or 5 years old. I don't see this as being the case here.

I heard Chimes on Highland has positives as well. My gf's sister works there. (No pics)
